Oct. 28, 2026: We are purchasing the property at 2137 N. 128th Street and need to understand the easements and conditions affecting it as prospective new owners. No new construction is proposed, and no site visit or PAR is required. We have been speaking with SDCI planner Ellen Aebischer and are scheduling a LU PreSub with a Land Use and Zoning reviewer to review historic Short Plats 3005759 and 3005760 and their associated conditions. Our anticipated closing date is November 4, 2026.
