Freestanding, non-permanent structure, in front yard. Spoke to permit office, suggested that I apply for an ECA Exemption, Small project waiver, and STFI. I had asked the contractor if I needed a permit, he stated no. After it was built, neighbor called in a complaint. I immediately followed up with permit office and spoke to Dean Griswold, who gave the above suggestions to apply in the order stated above, along with Michael and Yoyo in permit office.
