This property seems to have a double zoning per Parcel Data. Also, per King County Kroll map, it shows a strip of property along the 38th Ave S that is located between the ROW and our property. This raise a concern on our access and exposure to the street. We do need help to clarify on this.
We want to develop this property as a Live-Work or Retail on the main floor and daylight basement, and a set of residential units on the floors above.
