June 6, 2019: This project entails demolition of an existing single-family house and the construction of a new single-family house. New retaining walls are being added to increase the usable yard on this small lot. The site has a steep slope ECA on the west and south-west sides, but we will be applying for Relief from Prohibition on Steep Slope Development due to the low overall rise of the steep slope area and as we assume the steep slope was created legally when the property was initially developed.
