Aug. 12, 2019: Erect a six-foot fence on the southwest and south side of the home, running across the level to mildly-sloped area of the property in a southeasterly and easterly path. This will create a physical barrier between the existing relatively level side yard and the the steeply sloped portion of the property. Additional vegetation will also be added to reduce erosion and increase earth stability. Exemption based on SMC 25.09.045G.
