11509 34TH AVE NE

Sept. 30, 2021: I would like to build a garage or DADU in my backyard. The best place for it is on the back of the property, which backs up onto 33rd Ave. NE (the front entrance of my house is on 34th Ave. NE). There are 2 large Douglas Fir trees where I would like the garage to be built. I believe one of them is an exceptional tree so would like help understanding if I can remove both trees in the permitting process of developing my backyard.
