Upon approval of permits and steep slope ECA exemption, our plan is to develop the lot in 2 phases, resulting in construction of a single-family residence (SFR) with second-story attached accessory dwelling unit (AADU) to be occupied by family members or renters, and 2-story detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) to be occupied by my wife and myself.
