Sept. 9, 2022: Project was created as replacement/repair for failing roof/dormers during covid with roofing repair permit. Incorrect authorized permit led to NOV and structural issues led to expanded scope. Staircase and deck were added to allow for safe roof work and inspired AADU development. Design was fully developed with cooperation of engineer with seasoned framing experience. We're sealing review to remove NOV and complete project.
