May 11, 2023: I'm hoping to build a simple backyard shed of approximate dimensions 16' x 19'. It would be rectangular one story with electricity but no plumbing. I believe the primary consideration is that it would be constructed under an "exceptional tree". However, I had a tree specialist come out and make a detailed report with his assessment on the implications for the tree and how to mitigate any potential damage. His detailed report and proposed site plan is included in the application.
