Nov. 20, 2024: Request shoreline exemption to install safety guardrail at bulkhead to replace old guardrail which was destroyed by weather. This guardrail has been requested by SDCI inspector Kimball as part of RRIO inspection for attached ADU on the property, as well as for overall safety of our guests and grandchildren. Inspector said we should obtain a shoreline exemption.
