May 21, 2026: We seek to obtain a Construction permit for a large 14' x 16' Shed with concrete footings in the backyard and the development will impact the Spruce Tier 3 tree's ITPZ significantly. We have an Arborist report and would like to take the tree down and replace it with a Western Red Cedar that is further from our house. This Tier 3 tree is on the North East Side of our property and doesn't provide our home with any shade. The new planting would provide us with more shade during hot summer months
