July 22, 2026: Hello I'd like to install a 150 SQ FT backyard shed on our property. Thornton Creek runs on the West edge of the property. It is not possible to place the shed more than 100' back - our house is about 99' away. I am seeking to put the shed as far back as reasonably feasible from the creek at least 5' from any property lines will not remove trees or vegetation other than grass and I am willing to plan 150 SF of native plants along the creek (currently grass).
