Kriz's requested permit cancellation because: (1) they have removed the floating dock from their premises, (2) they are withdrawing their application for the shoreline permit, and (3) they request the City rescind approval ofthis shoreline pennit. The Kriz's wil continue to work with City staff for approval of a grading permit authorizing landscape remediation work as required by the City in answer to a notice of code violation.
