Original Proposal: Amend Policy S-FA-57 to allow development on a total of 12.3 acres of OLB (F-2 zoned) land to develop office with increased FAR. Amend the Glossary definition of Office to allow such FAR. Final Outcome: Add new subarea policy to allow office development up to 0.75 FAR in OLB and O designations north of Factoria Mall, with related Glossary amendments.
