Jan. 9, 2008: Pier and Boat Lift Station. Application for Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the construction of a new pier associated with a single family residence. The proposal includes the demolision of an existing pier and the construction of a new fully grated pier with a four foot wide walkway and an ell 6 feet by 26 feet wide. An existing boatlift will also be relocated adjacent to the proposed pier.
