Feb. 11, 2009: Coggeshall Pier Repair. Repair existing pier. Existing pier has 48 piles. Work will consist of removal of 30 piles, replacement of the remaining 18 piles with 10 - 2" to 4" piles and 8 - 3" to 6" piles, removal of an existing seasonal platform, and repair of caps and stringers as needed. Existing decking will be replaced with Thru-Flow grating. Does not include clear and grade, plumbing, mechanical or electrical.
