Application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit with SEPA threshold determination for the extension of an existing pier with a 45-foot long by 4-foot wide, fully-grated pier supported by six new steel piles. This application is utilizing the Critical Areas Report process (LUC 20.25H.230) to request a modification to the prescribed dock development standards in the Shoreline Overlay District (LUC 20.25E).
