Nov. 25, 2009: Kelsey Creek Stream Channel Improvements - COB. Application for Critical Areas Land Use Permit and Shoreline Substantial Development Permit to improve fish passage and to restore and enhance aquatic and riparian habitat for fish and wildlife use within specific reaches of Kelsey Creek. The proposed Project will provide benefits to water quality; habitat structure and complexity; conditions for passage, spawning, and rearing of resident and anadromous fish species that currently use the creek; and will improve or have only localized in-channel effects on floodplain elevations in the project area.
