June 1, 2010: Arjanwood Condos, Unit F-103. Exterior bearing wall compromised: rotten bottom plate, rotting bearing studs. Rotted exterior plywood and massive water damage. Carpenter ant infestation. Contractor, Jeff Gardener with Custom Homes NW (425) 760-7772, was on site for another job and was asked to look at this unit.
