May 17, 2013: Cypress Addition. Site: Demolist existing elevated ramp (not ADA compliant). New on grade entry path and restripe existing parking stalls tp provide ADA stalls compliant to current codes. No new work on existing asphalt parking lot. Building: Demolish existing on grade storage room and upper level entry lobby. Construct new two story entry lobby to be entered on grade with new elevator and stairs.
