Nov. 27, 2013: IV Lab Relocation. Relocate research and development company to 14360 SE Eastgate Way. Add 14,000 SF to existing partial 2-floor building to make a building of approx. 86,500 SF. Remove existing tenant improvements and provide new improvements appropriate for the tenant. Some exterior modifications mainly to do with adding exterior windows, skylights, and a canopy. Addition of rooftop equipment. Bring new electrical service to building and possibly provide a small exterior area for employees.
