April 3, 2014: Mars Hill Church Project. See uploaded submittal for full description of work. Phase 1 includes the renovation of the existing 10700 Northup Way property. Phase 2 includes the demolition of the existing Montessori school on the 10723 NE 38th Place property the finish out of the remaining shell space from Phase 1 into Sunday school classrooms and the construction of a new 1800 seat auditorium with balcony and accessory support spaces.
