IT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED PARALLEL TO THE EXISTING STREET AND PULLED BACK AS FAR FROM THE WATERFRONT AS POSSIBLE. This variance is proposing that the home be built slightly within the front yard setback, similar to the other homes on the street.
