IN THEIR PLACE WE PROPOSE WE PROPOSE A NEW SINGLE FAMILY 5,063 sf RESIDENCE WITH A 926 sf GARAGE (UNHEATED). IT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED PARALLEL TO THE EXISTING STREET AND PULLED BACK AS FAR FROM THE WATERFRONT AS POSSIBLE. The project will be partially built inside the waterfront buffer and will be replanted with native species.
