March 10, 2015: The Lab. The proposed use of the space is for a limited number of large executive offices which will include ancillary spaces for conference, storage and operations along with a sizable library for reference materials. Given the size of the offices and related requirements, along with other uses described below, it is anticipated the occupancy during office hours will be between 18-20. In connection with general business office use, a significant amount of space is required for storage. In addition to the office and related spaces, a portion of the building will be allocated for private events/dinners parties occurring off-hours. This space will be occasionally used and have its own entrance. All modifications would happen entirely within the existing envelope; we will not be expanding/reducing the footprint. Additionally, 4 parking stalls will be eliminated to create a thru-drive @ the existing covered parking.
