May 12, 2015: 888 Bellevue Tower. The project proposes 19 stories of an above grade mixed use structure and 5 levels of below grade parking for 211 vehicles. The ground level to serve residential lobby, leasing and general back-of-house functions. Also proposed at grade is a 914 sf retail space and 7 surface parking stalls. 18 residential floors above containing 159 units with the 19th floor area to be used for residential interior and exterior common recreation areas. The proposal seeks a maximum FAR to 5.0 through amenity incentives for underground parking, pedestrian oriented frontage and landscape feature off an intersection. An additional 0.75 FAR is being sought through affordable housing.
