May 29, 2015: Ford of Bellevue Temp Sales. Install 4 mobile trailer and toilet trailer and construct accessibility decks and ramps. Construct an approx. 3,000sf open sided pole structure with roof. All for use a temporary sales and office facilities until the Ford Dealership can be rebuilt. Estimated timing of use is about 18 months. Demo two remaining CMU walls damaged and a portion or all of the remaining roof structure in the NW corner of the shop building. Existing concrete exterior walls now braced and standing are expected to be reused, but if found to be damage more that current believed, those walls will need to be removed as well, 15 115090 BB
