The proposal involves replacing (3) existing panel antennas with (3) new panel antennas and adding (3) remote radio units and associated cabling at an existing wireless communication facility attached to a building rooftop penthouse. This project should be land use exempt; T-Mobile will not be substantially changing the size or appearance of the existing wireless facility.
