The proposal involves replacing two (2) existing panel antennas with two (2) new panel antennas, removing two (2) existing tower mounted amplifiers, and adding three (3) remote radio units and associated cabling at an existing wireless communication facility attached to a wood utility pole. This project is land use exempt because T-Mobile will not be substantially changing the size or appearance of the existing wireless facility.
