The proposal involves replacing six (6) existing panel antennas with six (6) new panel antennas, removing twelve (12) existing tower mounted amplifiers, adding six (6) new tower mounted amplifiers, and adding one (1) new RF transparent canister at an existing wireless communication facility attached to a steel monopole. This project is land use exempt because T-Mobile will not be substantially changing the size or appearance of the existing wireless facility.
