The proposal involves replacing three (3) existing panel antennas with three (3) new panel antennas, removing six (6) existing tower mounted amplifiers, and adding three (3) new tower mounted amplifiers at an existing wireless communication facility attached to a wood utility pole. This project is land use exempt because T-Mobile will not be substantially changing the size or appearance of the existing wireless facility.
