The proposal involves replacing three (3) existing panel antennas with three (3) new panel antennas, relocating one (1) sector antenna mount, and adding three (3) remote radio units and associated cabling at an existing wireless communication facility attached to the rooftop of a privately-owned building. This project is land use exempt because T-Mobile will not be substantially changing the size or appearance of the existing wireless facility.
