AT&T SD88 Cougar Ridge: Proposed modification of an ex. unstaffed telecommunications facility by replacing (6) ex. panel antennas with (9) new panel antennas and the ex. 3-sector chain mount with a new 3-sector chain mount on an ex. 77' above ground level (AGL) utility pole. Also the addition of a Purcell equipment cabinet on top of an existing Purcell equipment cabinet, (9) RRH units mounted on a proposed AT&T H-FRAME and (1) new AT&T Ice Bridge within the ex. fenced compound. The Utility Pole is located on the south side of SE45th Way in Public right-of-way (ROW) and is North of and adjacent to parcel 2211700105. This is a DC application but the applicant also has related CA (15 117962 CA) and TE (15 117109 TE) applications currently under review. Additionally the applicant will be withdrawing the previous LA (14 144692 LA) permit application which is being replaced by this DC application., 15 117962 CA
