Construction of a new three-story building with two levels of underground parking and associated site improvements to house Global Innovation Exchange (GIX), a partnership between University of Washington and Tsinghua University, with foundational support from Microsoft. The proposed building will contain approximately 91,000 square feet with 8,300 square feet of exterior deck. Approximately 3,200 square feet of retail space will be located on the ground floor.
