Sept. 3, 2015: West Tributary Kelsey Creek Detention Pond Wetland Restoration. The proposed project is a wetland restoration project within the West Tributary Detention Pond site located at 1770-124th Avenue NE, Bellevue, Washington. It will include restoration of wetlands adjacent to the West Tributary of Kelsey Creek in the northern portion of the site. The restoration will be integrated into the regional detention facility while partially incorporating the long-range vision for the site from the perspective of the overall redevelopment of the Bel-Red corridor.
