Sept. 29, 2015: Notarianni Dock Repair. The scope of work for this project includes the replacement of all existing decking and framing on the subject property's dock. The existing decking is solid wood plank decking with wood framing including joists, stringers, and cap beams. These will be replaced by ACZA-treated timber framing and fully-grated ThruFlow decking. No pile work or other in-water work is proposed for this project. The project will occur entirely within the footprint of the existing dock (470 sq ft) and will not result in any material expansion of the in-water or overwater structures.
