Sept. 30, 2015: 11959 Northrup. The railroad leased us a small piece of land (65x400) out of parcel 282505-9038, the county created a separate parcel 282505-9314 in connection with that leased parcel, the railroad then sold the piece to us in 1999 without legally creating the lot (via a recorded plat), the county killed the parcel 282505-9314 due to the illegal segregation and the 65x400 piece that we technically own is still being taxed under the railroad parcel 282505-9308 because a new parcel was never legally created. We now need to establish legal lot status for the 65x400 strip of land located along the eastern railroad boundary.
