Oct. 19, 2015: BDR Bellevue IX Steep Slope Buffer Reduction. Application for reduced steep slope buffer for two new homes on existing, adjacent lots. The southerly lot is improved with a single family home, detached garage and associated landscaping. The northerly lot is improved with landscaping associated with the adjacent home to the south. The remaining buffer and steep slope will be improved as mitigation for the reduced steep slope buffer to provide enhanced critical area function and value.
