Dec. 11, 2015: BMW of Bellevue. Conversion of previously developed site (currently Lowe's Home Center) to become the new home of the BMW of Bellevue store. The project involves the demolition of a potion of the Lowe's building, reuse of the remainder and construction of a new auto dealership showroom and service department.

May 6, 2016: Completed.
