Dec. 22, 2015: Carrol Building Daycare Facility Tenant Improvement. 6137sf of existing tenant improvement on the 1st floor of the Carrol Building. The TI will change use from an office to a day care use, no increase in square footage being added. Includes adding non-load bearing interior partitions, restrooms and new casework.
