Jan. 19, 2016: 600 Bellevue. Bellevue 600 is a proposed Master Development Plan (MDP) for a two building mixed-use development conceived to work in concert with the existing ten-story Bellevue Corporate Plaza Building. The new development is comprised of an approximately 800,000 GSF, 34 story, 450 ft tall commercial office building and a 491,000 GSF, 41 story, 437 ft tall, and 500 key business hotel. Both towers are positioned above a four story 441 stall above ground parking garage and a seven level, 1578 stalls below grade parking garage. Retail shops and office building and hotel lobbies continuously surround the podium building at the street level. Also planned is landscaped garden and plaza located at grade between the towers and on the roof of the above grade parking garage podium.
