Feb. 10, 2016: Karpman 1. We are building a new single family residence on the lot. This site was involved in short plat in 2008 which included a tree retention plan. I had a certified arborist examine the trees on site and he has reported that many of the trees are in poor condition, and 3 of the protected trees are extremely unhealthy and should be removed.
