The 1st floor will contain the community spaces for the residents and key administration and support spaces. The building has a total of 97 sleeping units and including suites is intended to serve no less than 120 residents. The existing site consists of 15844 SF (.341 Acres). The majority of the parcel is zoned DNTN-MU and falls within Subdistrict B.
