Feb. 12, 2016: OMC Cancer Center. Remodel of existing clinic on Level 1. Remodel of entire Level 2, creating a single tenant floor. Addition of new elevator connecting Level 1 and Level 2. Basement level remodeled to accommodate elevator pit and machine room. All work is interior tenant improvement. However, there is a new vestibule that does effect the existing exterior glazing.
