March 14, 2016: Eroba. We are requesting an in-person meeting.There are 2 buildings circa 1960. The owner wishes to renovate and possibly change use. Currently retail; possibly change to medical (walk-ins). Questions are: Review zoning for use, parking, ada access, change of use procedures/requirements, trash, green area, roof equipment screening, design concept for elevations. Review fire ratings upgrades if any including potential new sprinklers, separation from parking. Review existing utilities and new utilities. Review structure and seismic upgrades if any. Review strategy for energy code, component method, vestibule requirements. ADA restroom and quantity requirements. Creation of "open" parking garage and parking layout for same. Review alley access and any other street front issues. Review building signage proposal, any color restrictions?. We will provide graphics for discussion prior to meeting.
