March 23, 2016: Brio. The proposed 11210 Mixed Use Project will house residential (R2); retail (M) and restaurant (A2) uses totaling 263266 gross square feet (GSF) as well as parking (S2) uses totaling 157793 GSF. The project is comprised of a 23 story residential tower a seven story midrise residential building adjacent to the tower; a two story retail podium and five stories of below grade parking. The tower and midrise buildings together will contain approximately 258 residential units while the garage will provide approximately 439 parking stalls. Parking access for commercial and residential uses is proposed at two locations midblock at 111th Ave. NE and midblock at 112th Ave. NE. Loading and trash collection will be internal to the project with access from mid-block along 112th Ave. NE. Pedestrians will access the project and community spaces along the length of NE 10th St. and at the corner of 111th Ave. NE and NE 11th. St.
