April 11, 2016: West Coast Storage. Requesting a variance from the code that states "signage shall be located within the first two floor levels of the building". Customer would like to install (2) wall signs above the windows on the NE Corner of 124th Ave NE & Northup Way and projecting signs above the 2nd floor on 124th Ave NE and on Northup Way.

June 30, 2016: Completed.
