May 31, 2016: Mathews Pier Repair. Normal repair of an existing residential pier consisting of removing the wood deck, pile caps and stringers and replacing with new lumber and a fully grated deck. Repair eleven wood piles. Permanently remove one mooring pile. Remove the ELL and finger pier and associated nine wood piles. Implement a shoreline planting plan.
