Modifications the Grocery tenant facade, repaint existing concrete walls and roof, or replacement of standing-seam sheet metal roof areas, replacing building fascia material with box-rib metal panel or standing-seam sheet metal to match roof areas, New tenant signage and blade signs to be provided throughout, replacement of building and site lighting with new energy-efficient lighting and replace old wayfinding signs with new monument signs and environmental graphics. Site modifications include modifying a portion of the parking area with restriping, added landscape islands with new trees, new LED lighting and bring accessible parking up to current accessibility code standards and the creation of a new Common Areas Plaza and adding new landscaping, bio-swale and seating patio areas.
