Nov. 29, 2016: Link Operations and Maintenance Facility East PO# 159126 . The project includes constructing a new light rail track from the East Link Light Rail guideway on lands formerly used for heavy rail and developing a maintenance and operations facility on the parcels east of the former rail right-of-way. The project also includes constructing an interim bike and foot trail in the Eastside Rail Corridor adjacent to the proposed OMF East facility, along an abandoned rail spur to the north of the OMF East site, and along 120th Ave. NE on the east side of the Project site.
